Efficient office.Book my nonurgent appts on line.Receive a response same day. My husband was in hospital 11 wks for an injury and she visited at least five times a week.Was very kind and supporitive.Has guided us very wisely through this period and post hospitalization.She is all I would want in a family physician.Having had a wonderful physician and his staff,( Dr McCallum),look after us for many years and then help us find a new doctor on his retirement I am pleased it is Dr Bansal.Feel very secure having her look after us.

I was in the hospital for 6 weeks and Dr. Bansal came and made sure all my treatments were taken care of. If I had questions she was ready to answer them. Great hard working doctor. She was at the hospital by 7am most days checking in on all her patients. Hard working and thorough. Would love to see more doctors like her.

I have seen Dr. A Bansal three times since my family doctor retired. She took his entire patient load so is too much. I have serious health issues, have seen my blood work and can never get through to the office to get in to discuss my bloodwork. You can not leave a message either. Sadly I will have to go directly there and demand to see her. I will be asking to go for pet scan in Toronto as I am quite concerned. I have to say she is a pleasant woman, just way too busy.....

Worst experience of my life-- she was rude, cold and uncaring-- didn't listen to anything, acted very superior and didn't answer any questions I asked her. Could not be bothered to read my file and was clueless on everything. Her staff is rude and cold

I recently had an appointment and was pleased with Dr Bansal she is a very sweet caring person. The only problem I had was with the office it is very cold and doesn't feel like a Dr's office. After going to another doctor for the last 30 years and his office was warm and inviting and even if you had to wait it never seemed very long because his secretary was always friendly and willing to talk while you waited, when she wasn't busy of course. I realize that Dr Bansal has a very busy office and the secretarys are on the phone constantly so I understand, it just seems to be very rushed in there like ok come in now get out! Next!

Dr. Bansal. I would first off like to say... Dr. Bansal you practice medicine, but what you should be practicing; is empathy and compassion. I believe you have a superiority complex, that provokes, the need to belittle your patients. I also believe that you have far too many patients to be thorough, and offer proper care; with timely follow up appointments. Money is the route of all evil; and it seems that is all you care about. I would refer you to no one.

Best doctor I have had. Very good with my daughter. Very fast to take care of medical problems. So glad we have her as a doctor. Would recommend anyone wanting a doctor to get her.

Terrible! Very cold & uncaring. She speaks too fast & doesn't seem to care if patients understand anything she says. She's never available to family for questions, unless you happen to be there when she is doing rounds...and even then she abrupt & isn't very forthcoming with answers!

Absolutely terrible!!!! Doesn't communicate with patients adequately before making decisions about care, at least in the hospital setting. Perhaps she is better with her own patients than with the ones she is covering for other doctors.

Very Good doctor - saw her for a reoccurring issue. She was the first to ask questions before prescribing the correct medication. The issue did not reoccur
