She lost my mothers paperwork. She kept calling her a liar. She made her go see another doctor. She belittled her so much that my mom refuses to go back to see her. Her staff is even afraid of her. Pretty terrible doctor!!

I happen to go to the Northwood Walk In Clinic on Lasale one time when I felt really sick. It was Dr. Chouinard that took care of me and found out something very important through a series of test. Since then if I need to go to the clinic I go when she's there I trust her immensely. She's a very caring and thorough Dr. She deserves 5 stars.
