Finally convinced my father to go to a clinic after months of dementia symptoms (his family dr. had died). Had the misfortune of seeing this guy and the receptionist sounded like a chainsmoker and had no time for us.

Rude,ignorant, lack of professionalism,far from helpful, treats RN's and other staff poorly and without any respect.Patients get marginally more respect than RN's are shown.
