So difficult to get through to this office. The telephone hours are terrible! It's very difficult to get someone to answer the phone, so dealing with Dr. Holub's office is a frustrating experience. Usually just go to a clinic because it's easier. Not sure why any reception has to close for more than an hour each day when there is more than 1 employee - lunches should be staggered - not good business management. Office is also closed multiple days a week and for a week or more at a time at various times throughout the year. Appointment times are not adhered to; you can be in the waiting room for an hour or so waiting to get in. Never know if you will get in near your appt. time or much later. Makes it difficult to maintain your own schedule. Should consider getting an associate, locum, or NP to better serve his patients if the practice is running like he's semi-retired.

Would be nice to at least answer the phone, called several times to get a useless answering machine, that we cant even leave a msg, and when someone does answer the phone it takes forever to get an apointment. Whats up with that, greatful to have a family Doctor, but would be nice to actually see him, when required. Funny how we always have to work our schedual around him, not very flexible hours available. Why cant you make a voice mail or e-mail available to book apointments, sure help us busy folks over here!!!!
