Excellent visit with Dr. Giroux. She greeted me pleasantly on time, diagnosed my skin problem quickly and explained the treatment and arranged a followup. Several of her staff were in attendance and they were professional and caring. I left the office confident that I was in good hands and that my condition would improve soon.

Poor reception, poor bedside manor; did not even introduce themselves, or discuss the care plan with the elder patient leaving family and home services having to double check... and was teaching a student doctor. Very unfortunate.

Brutal ignorant rude staff and she is waste of time . Was given a script for medication to treat skin condition ..meds didnt help so I called to get foillow up appt and was told to wait until they call me ...4 years have passed and not a peep from these botox bozos.
