I love this guy. He did two foot surgeries on me and both worked out fine. I’m back skiing and jogging again thanks to Dr. Allison. Specialists like this can work anywhere in the world. We’re lucky when a doctor with a high level of training and experience chooses to stay in Sudbury to help Northern Ontarians.

I had my first visit for a consult on Hallux Ridigus Oct.2014. Dr. Allison was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. He is a trauma doctor therefore, I am sure the doctor has long unscheduled hours added to many of his work days. We are fortunate to have a specialized surgeon in our area. I will follow up with a review post-surgery April 2016.

The surgery that Dr Allison performed on my husband in 2013 & again in 2014 for knee replacements was wonderful. He was very precise in his work and we had no complaints.

Dr Allison performed surgery on my husband who had the bottom of his leg and ankle shattered in an accident. He reconstructed his leg with metal plates and pins to allow him to walk. We are lucky to have a knowledgeable orthopaedic surgeon like him in Sudbury. If not for Dr Allison, my husband would in all probability have lost his lower limb. I am in need of surgery myself and look forward to having him as my doctor. He explains, listens and gives you the facts with no beating around the bush. Direct and to the point. Thank you for being here for us!

First impressions can be deceiving...I appreciate Dr. Allison very much. Direct and to the point - I prefer more discussion, however, the work he has done on my feet has been well done, and I am grateful for his skill. I have and will recommend him, and would request his skills in the future if required. Punctuality is a sore spot for me, and is what it is. Waiting a long time when one has an appointment, is very inconvenient - in any situation.

what to say about dr..allison.... hmmm. well we dedinately got off on the wrong foot...no pun intended...lol... have been with him now over three years. unfortunately had to have an amputation and things are not great. major pain and hate the prosthetic. through it all he has been very patient with me and is a great surgeon.. nice man wish him the best.

Dr Allison just did surgery on our son who shattered his foot and dislocated the Lisfranc joint, We live out of town and went to see him as opposed to waiting the 4 WEEKS to see an ortho surgeon in Northbay ( UNREAL) Dr Allison took him in (wednesday), xrayed his foot, viewed it and booked his surgery for friday the 20th.... 3 weeks before we were even able to see another surgeon seeing as they are all on holidays in northbay... Excellent Dr, knows his stuff..Would highly recommend him to anyone

Dr. Allison is an amazing surgeon. Over the past two years, he has replaced both my knees & straightened my legs. Three weeks after my latest surgery, I have good mobility & minimal discomfort (no pain). We are very fortunate to have Dr. Allison in Sudbury.

He,s an amazing doctor never felt so good in a long time .Had total knee replacement and i was never in pain .started walking with no cane after 5 weeks. R.R.
