Dr. Baron is a great pediatrician. She is kind and respectful. After greeting all of us, she addresses our son first, to get his assessment of how things are going, then she has us add information. When she provides information, she speaks to all of us and makes sure everyone understands. I find she is encouraging and empowering. We all really like her and her manner.
