Dr. Pella is a good young doctor. she ia a great addition to my health care community. let's be honest she is not all seeing and all knowing but is there to work with you. I've heard all the complaints about availability and she decides whether she needs to see you sooner than later. Furthermore, she has a family of her own and deserves every right to manage her schedule as she sees fit. As for the staff I'm less impressed! I can't put my finger on it but I ascertain that they are working for many doctors in this office. I'm sure there's a little politics as well. In retrospect, I'm sure Dr. Pella will be a great family physician in the near future.

I have been doctor Pella's patient since Dr Zmijouskyj left. In the last 12 years I have seen her maybe 3 times. I have been on a waiting list for a physical since August 2014. My children have only seen her for their vaccination but never actually seen her when they were sick, they had to go to a clinic. When my son had pneumonia they waited 3 months before calling to let me know, good thing he had been treated at the clinic. A few years ago someone with the same name as me, one of Dr Rheault's patients, passed away and they put her death certificate on my account. I am a full time student, have two children and work part time...I do not have the time to try and call 20 times on a monday morning to try and get through to try and make an appointment. I should be able to call my family dr and get an appointment when my children or I are sick or need medical care. This is ridiculous. I have even tried to get off her patient list because all I see is doctors at the clinic anyway!! But I can't even get in to do that! For all the people that are blaming her secretaries...she is their boss and if she didn't agree with what they are doing she would change it!!!

Dr. Pella is a wonderful Doctor, once you get in to see her. Unfortunately the booking system is frustrating and very difficult to get timely appointments. Very discouraging.

She is upbeat and friendly, also very professional and knowledgeable but it's very difficult getting to see her and one of her staff is like a Rottweiler snarling and barking at patients. I would recommend her to low-needs patients but high-needs should avoid her.............

Pella is a good doctor as long as you can get in to see her. Even if you do get an appointment with her (Four months in advance) they will call the morning of and cancel and not reschedule you for another. I have had 2 appointments booked in the last year and both times they were cancelled. My son was sick before christmas and we went to the clinic. She called in february to make sure he was treated for his pneumonia.

Trying to get in...forget it!! If and when you do get in you can only discuss one issue. The receptionsist is by far the worst I've ever delt with. Not sure why she still has a job there. Between my two daughters and myself the receptionist has messed up appoinments or not informed of cancelled appointments on a number of occasions. Last mess up was today. Cancelled appointment for my eldest when she should have contact my youngest and then told my daughter"perhaps she should look for a new Doctor!". Lovely! Forget this one. Not worth the aggravation.

Very rule oriented regarding appointments. Not only is it difficult to contact the office due to specific times for phone call ins, now booking for appointments is changed (June 2012) so that you can only call on a weekly basis to book appointments. Understandably, Dr. Pella as a new mother is shortening her work day however this new appointment rule just adds to more frustration for patients in need of seeing her.

I've had her do several shoulder injections and she is a class act. Very informative and a meticulous professional with her intern teaching. Nice lady!
