she is the best doctor I never seen like her, amazing and excellent doctor.She has strong work ethic like empathy,professionalism,knowledge,courage, honesty, and kind. she has the excellent knowledge,and manners. she respects all patients, listen and spend time with them. I hope all the doctors will be like her. She is angle and God bless her. She is very successful, smart ,and helpful doctor.

Dr Franklin is wonderful doctor.She has the best knowledge, manner.She respect patients listen and spend time with them. she has all good qualities in her positions.We want doctor like her all the time and I hope all doctors follow her steps. God bless her with hard and work. She is excellent doctor.

I found her very unprofessional. She vented about other patients while in my appointment. When trying to troubleshoot an issue she would rather push pills than try and solve it with different testing. I know I'm not a doctor but I do not think antidepressants are the answer to a blood problem. I also found her wait times ridiculous. If you don't have the 9:30 appointment, expect to wait over an hour. I found her less than acceptable as a doctor. Her staff however are fantastic!

Have been her patient for over 3 years now. Extremely good listener, open-minded, compassionate. Excellent knowledge. She spend time with her patients. Don't mind the wait (could be more than an hour wait). Will stick with her.

Dr. F , though busy, makes sure to pay complete attention during your time with her. She is not someone who tries to rush the appointment in order to bill. We go out of our way to see her.

I have been a patient of hers for over a year and she has yet to ask me anything about my medical history or of my children who also are her patients. I find this terribly incompetent. but with the lack of dr.s available...i'm still her patient.
