Roland needs to leave this practice if he cant be there to tend to his patients. He does not care anymore and I am fed up!!! I cant even get test done that I need now cause he is never there and when he does happen to be there he don't care. Before you could see another doctor in the clinic but that is not an option any more it seems. Staff is just as bad as he is and rude! I give up on them all and will move on to someone who cares.

Have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months! Can't get my prescriptions renewed, saw a different Dr. in the office who was rude, arrogant and condescending. Phone rings 8-12 time before someone answers and puts you on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes before you can say a word, and then can't give you an appointment anyway. This is very frustrating because I understand that Dr. Rowland is not well, but I've been a patient of his for 38 years & I also worked there for a time in "the good old days", but I have my health to consider now as well. This is not acceptable and I need some direction as to where to go from here knowing that his practice days are coming to an end.

DR Rowland has really gone down hill the last 5 years or so, Does not call about bad test, it is like he doe not even read them. Takes another doctor to say you are diabetic, high blood pressure and high cholestoral and should of been on meds 6 months ago when first blood work was done (had 3 rounds of blood work and he did not call) Now he has gone down to 3 days a week and I can't even get in when needed or an emergency after an accident and his staff just says *what do you want me to do about it he is not in*? See another doctor in the clinic maybe, but no can do. I am fed up and need a new doctor who cares and out of that clinic. Went in for my foot once he never even checked just said it is probably this or that, no xrays nothing, 2 years later the problem is still there. If I could get my regular prescriptions without going though him I would fire him and move on but like everyone I stuck with a doctor and clinic that does not care anymore.

Dr. frequently makes mistakes with prescriptions and does not call regarding tests that need further appts.

Dr.Rowland is always punctual and takes the time to listen to his patients. He is very friendly and is genuinely interested in his patients well-being.
