Very unorganized operation. Front staff can be quite rude. No proper physical examination ever given. Just wants to write a prescription or refer you to another part of his clinic that he owns and profits from. Very unprofessional. The office is filthy and there is no handwashing between patients. NO infection control in place.

Over crowded, long waiting time to speak the front desk, and to see the doctor. Front line staff are extremely inefficient, inexperienced and unable to manage flow.

Dr Arif is a very sincere and spectacularly devoted physician in Toronto City. From my keen observation, he is far ahead of his contemporary physician. Dr Abu Shamim Arif is an amazingly devoted professional person in Toronto area. He is a significantly updated physician in terms of acquiring recent medical advancement. In my view, he is one of the very knowledgeable and most promising physicians in Toronto area. Once you meet him, then my ideas will be translated to you literally.I should say he is a very well-behaved physician and encouraging personality that helps patients to be confident in his/her bad time.
