I went to see to Dr.E.R. Andreou on a referral from my family doctor. As always referrals to specialists are cause for anxiety. It was gratifying to meet Dr.Andreou who was so approachable and welcoming, she made one feel so at ease at the outset. She listens with empathy and understanding and provides clear and informative explanation with regards to her patient's condition, which I very much appreciated. Her staff was also truly commendable and very professional ...from the nurse who had taken my blood earlier to the office personnel who looks after incoming patients. and kindness. Fortunately for me, I did not have

I have a very bad Iron deficiency as well as a fairly severe thyroid problem. This doctor actually seems to understand me and my problems. She's got me on a iron treatment plan, follows my progress and listens to my symptoms, not like i'm crazy (cause honestly, with my thyroid so out of wack there are times when I feel it) but with empathy and professionalism. I have a really long way to go to get things to a healthy level but feel very optimistic with Dr. Andreou.
