Dr. B is very professional and caring. I am very impressed with his knowledge and also allowing the patient to understand the pros/cons of any new medicine. Always helpful and never rushing to get you out. Makes you feel comfortable.. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs a good doctor. The staff are just as sweet and wonderful. Great team!

Impossible to reach them when you need help, in normal working hours!!!!! Never, never they pick up the phone! Forget about normal communication with your doctor, being with that one you will use a lot of emergency, walking clinic etc...

Very happy,as mentioned, he takes the time, doesn't make me feel rushed and always asks me if I have any more questions. I have 2 young children and he's super patient with them and me, which is appreciated, and has no problem answering questions about my health concerns even if the appointment was for someone else (other daughter, for example). The staff, unfortunately, drive me crazy and communication/follow up can be very difficult.

I have always been terrified of doctors but Dr. Bukczynski instantly puts me at ease. He takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and takes what I have to say seriously. I never feel rushed and he is always supportive.

Dr. B is amazing. He is knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Finding a dr in a big city like Toronto who obviously cares for his patients is a true gem. As a woman I have no problem with having him as a my (male) dr.Even my husband who hates drs thinks he's great. Big points were given when he didn't have any problem when my husband wanted to go see the naturalpath (in the same office) for a condition of his before accepting medication. Office staff if always friendly and return calls promptly:D.
