I've been a patiet for 20 years, he is very caring, very knowledgable, very up to date, and the best doctor I've ever dealt with, I wish there were more Dr. Carr's in this world

He's been my doctor for 10 years now. Have nothing bad to say about him, he will even return your calls personally. He performs surgery out of North York General Hospital so, you know that he's well experienced. The only downside is the wait time, you can expect to wait up to an hour to see him but I'm sure it's like that with all doctors.
