I am a 54 year man who had been suffering with significant Dupuytren's contracture in my left baby finger for several years. Dr. Binhammer quickly provided 3 options; sugery, needle rupture or enzyme injection to remove the enlarged and hardened tissue causing the deformity. With consultaion the enzyme injection seemed to be the best treatment option. A month later I received the injection, walking out of the clinic within 15 minutes of my appointment. In less than 24 hours my finger was able to straighten completely. The treatment and outcome was brilliant.

Dr.Binhammer is amazing. He did Needle Aponeurotomy on my finger - took only about 7 minutes. I told him it was a miracle. Painless and I suffered with this finger for several years...he corrected 70% contracture from Dupuytrens. He is knowledgeable, explained the procedure (which was painless), was prompt with the appointment, was over an hour ahead of appointment on follow-up visit. Absolutely wonderful staff - and I wish I had found him four years ago. I highly recommend him. My family doctor was amazed when he saw the results of the NA procedure. Dr.Binhammer is the best there is! (And his staffers Karen and Meghan help to make the appointments run so smoothly)

Dr.B did a needle aponeurotomy on 2 fingers affected by Dupuytron's contracture in 2 joints on each finger, a week ago. Results are amazing, contractures released, very little post-op trauma ( a bit of swelling).I had to wait a long time to see him but it was really worth it!
