I had a visit to our town doctor for for what was supposed to be a meet and greet. After my appointment time passed still no doctor. After an hour and a half I was finally called. We introduced ourselves to one another and almost immediately he insinuated that I had been drinking because my speech sounded slurred. I promptly informed him that I did not drink and had resently been fitted with a dental bridge that I wasn’t used to. Way to go doc. Thank you for the humiliating experience. Maybe you should think before you speak.

I walked into Queens Park Health because it's close to my home, but I was nicely surprised: Their response time is great, the clinic is clean and modern. Dr. Paul Hasson is a great doctor! He's professional, approachable, and informative. He's very patient during the exams and always takes the time to answer my numerous questions. I never feel rushed when I'm with him. It's clear that he's genuinely interested in his field and that he really cares about his patients. He's also very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. So friendly and brilliantly professional. Couldn't recommend Dr. Hasson highly enough!

As a patient of Dr. Hasson for several years, I say without hesitation you won't find a better physician: as a starting point he impresses with obvious intelligence demonstrating knowledge that is current and broad in scope allowing for insightful diagnosis and treatment, each appointment marked by a generosity of compassion that has seen him go the extra mile both in the time and effort he is always prepared to offer, achieved with a personable touch often coloured by his humour that helps to remind just how uplifting --and beneficial-- a smile can be.

Beware! This doctor claims to be accepting new patients. His acceptance of new patients is selective. In my case, my honesty was to my detriment, and, I was told to go else where. So unprofessional.

Dr Hasson is a straight-shooter who cares about you! He's helped me through a number of challenges. He also cares about the broader health care picture, and lowers the cost of HC by getting his patients to avoid clinics. He's even takes walk-ins and seems extremely flexible with his time. I have great respect for him!

I have been a patient of Dr Hasson's since he opened his practice more than 10 years ago, and would not be alive today without his expertise. He is pragmatic, efficient and direct in his care and anyone who is looking for excuses will not find them here. He is occasionally behind schedule because he will keep you in his consult until it is over: he will never give you the "bum's rush" and so waiting an extra few mins if need be only means he's doing his best.

Dr. Hasson has precisely the type of demeanour one wants in a doctor. He is serious. Serious about the health of his patients. He is highly organized and has the facts and records at his fingertips. He listens and treats according to his patient's needs. The old days of having long chats with your doctor are over, and yet Dr. Hasson manages to take the time his patients require to understand their health. It makes the average and insignificant five to ten minute waiting time worth while. This is one of the rare people who cares about his work. He is highly recommended.

Rapidly turn-over in staff means no connection. PHone message invites patients to leave a message but there is NEVER a call back. If you get as far as Dr Hassan, he's great. But appointments are hard to get. And God help you if you are sick NOW and need attention NOW. Can't get past the staff. And there's bugger all you can do about that!

Dr. Hasson has been my family doctor for some years. His caring attention to my wife and her many medical problems have helped her back to a good life and made my mind a lot easier knowing he is her doctor. He is the very best.
