Poorly organized,relies heavily on his support staff that he he poorly monitors. This includes a lady she calls herself a fellow, that purposely does not give her name! She is rude, disrespectful and very cold, to the point that as a patient there is no trust built with her. Scarey she could be out on her own, at this point yet Dr Basile is not monitoring this and she represents her office.

Dr. Basile is a caring, knowledgeable physician who takes the time to explain his diagnosis and what he is proscribing in relation to such diagnosis.

Dr. Basile is the finest neurologist I have seen, and I have seen a few post MVA. He GENUINELY cares about his patients and takes the time out for you over and above. If he is not "on time", sorry but likely because he has findings on a prior patient and tests them for other things to ensure he is thorough. He is nothing but professional and has an incredible bed side manner I only wish every physician/specialist has. He represents what is good with our healthcare system.
