I have never had a more knowledgable family doctor! always takes his time with patients and 100% correct with his diagnosis' Everything takes time,waiting is just one process we all need to accept. Keep up the amazing work!

Dr Buhpal is one of the least professional doctors I have ever dealt with. I literally just walked out of the office because the doctor flipped on his assistant because she allowed me to register to see the doctor at 1:15pm. He said it very loud so I could hear that they do not accept patients after 1pm. But they advertice that the operating times are from 10 to 2pm. This is not the first time that this has happened. He already refused to see me a few months back for a similar situation. It not only seems like he doesnt want to help patients, but he rushes you when you are actually seeing him. please do yourself a favor and find a better doctor. Your health always comes first!

The office is quite small you are practically sitting on patients sometimes finding you are catching their diseases. The staff he has a receptionist that is jack of all traits doesn't come early the patients are always waiting for her. He has his wife working there which is very unprofessional she is unprofessional she is suppose to be there helping out really she is only making the situation worse she comes in sits on a chair distracts the secretary and is rude unprofessional doesn't speak very good english. She should not be there! Replace her with an experinced person in the medical field where she can be an aset not a hinderance. Not sure if I will be staying with this doctor his attitude is not pleasant he starts at 10:00 and leaves at 2:00 how can he possibly persrcibe good medical advice in this short peiod of time without making mistakes!!!!!! The Ministry of Health should replace him with someone who cares.
