Dr. Ward is a wonderful person and also a great Dr. to me..however, the staff on the telephone has a long way to go as far as to their attitude and on several occasions act as tho they know more than the Dr.

Dr. Ward is a wonderful doctor but trying to get through to the clinic on the phone is impossible. Constantly get the answering machine - pretty sure they sometimes take the phone off the hook. No doctors office should be that inaccessible to the patients. I have tried for 2 hours sometimes to get through just to make an appointment. Not acceptable!

I have been seeing Dr. Ward for over 30 years, he is wonderfu. So sad that his office staff is allowing a computer to replace human kindness. No prescripton refill because the computer can't fit me in, try calling tomorrow or the next day. Receptionist didn't care that I need my prescription, sad that doctor's office's don't think patient care is as important as billable hours. I will miss Dr. Ward but not that the poor service from the office staff.
