I have been a patient of Dr. Ladora since 2014. I feel that she genuinely cares and is truly concerned for the welfare and well being of patients who are under her care. She has been a strong foundation in ensuring a good care plan is tailored to my personal needs and makes adjustments where necessary.She is a strong advocate in making sure all aspects of my care and all medical practitioners involved in my care are in proper alignment with my care plan to optimize a positive outcome based on my complex health needs. She is thorough, compassionate, proactive and is an attentive listener. She takes time to personally check in with me by phone as well as at in-office appointments. She treats me as a human being and not just for my medical condition which is very important to me. I am very happy with the care I am receiving from Dr. Ladora and finally starting to make progress in my recovery. Thank you Dr. Ladora for all your support and for making a very challenging situation with my complex medical issues and health needs more manageable. I am grateful for being in your care.

She is a (Medicine Professional Corporation, G.P.Practicing in Psychotherapy) she is one of the best professional doctor. I know Dr.Marie Josee Ladora for the past many years. She is one of the best caring, knowledgeable, punctual, supportive doctor in Ottawa and Quebec area. I have seen many doctors and she is one of the best. I was lucky to be her patient. If you need help you will be lucky to have chance to get help from her. She is very helpful and caring person. She will remove the dark clod from above you and bring you up from falling to have back a normal life. I thank her a million time in my heart. The staff, I put a 3 because there is no staff and therefore, service is limited. Need to wait to the next meeting if you needed a quick answer for something but for someone with no staff, she is very efficient. On the medical prescription side, she is very professional and knowledgeable. If you are someone that would want to combine a more holistic approach, I would not recommend this Doctor.The caring/helpfulness/therapy, I don't experience compassion and often observe impatience and defensive reactions. Doctor is always right and not the patient. Patient needs to manage the doctor's reactions. There is a lack of maturity or/and a black or white approach. Confusion is treated as a lie and exploring a possible misunderstanding is not an option. Communication 101, not everyone understands and/or interpret something the same way. The relationship is one of a parent/child where the parent is always right. Although that in itself is not the best parenting given it creates a communication barrier and delays personal growth on both the parent and child side. For someone going through a personal crisis or depression I would not recommend. I would recommend a psychologist for therapy as they tend to be more focus on the person and not just the physical prescription needs. If medication is needed, see your GP or Dr Ladora. I rated a 4 for knowledge to reflect lack in applying the more complex approach to therapy. She does have knowledge of technical steps and helpful tools.

Dr. Ladora is a very very good doctor, she goes out of her way to ensure you get appointment when needed, listen to you very carefully. She understand and alway bring suggestion on how to deal with things and especiall, ensure you never take a decision on the spure of the moment. Out of a 5 I would rate Doctor Ladora a 4.5. Been her patience for approx. 10 years and thank god she was there, we need more people like her. Thank you Doctor Ladora for always been there for me
