Very Rude. Gives you a VERY hard time if you need her to fill out any sort of forms for insurance purposes,schooling purposes, legal purposes, etc. Makes you wait over 1 hour for her to print a perscription form out of spite if you do not fill the perscription at her pharmacy.. meanwhile it takes 1 second to press 'print' when your appointment is done. Horrible doctor.
