Dr. Douglas is a wonderful, kind, caring and intelligent woman. I really worry about the day that she retires because I don't know how I will find a doctor that I like and trust as much as her. I find there is a mutual respect with her - where some doctors may brush off your concerns or requests, she will take you seriously. Dr. Douglas has gone above and beyond for me so many times, I can't even count them - she truly cares about you as an individual. Her staff is good - sometimes you can stay on hold for a while, but they pass on messages when they say they will and they typically get back to you with responses or results very quickly (usually within 1 or 2 business days). I can typically get an appointment when I need/want one and they leave open spots available (I believe every day) for emergencies. You will not regret choosing her as your doctor!

Sorry, but Dr. Douglas started out nice at the walk in but over about 2 years she changed. My last visit she was extremely rude to me and horrible bedside manner. When I went in because of a concern with a lump under my arm, she grabbed at the area and said in a harsh manner `what, this?, this? this is FAT IT'S FAT not a lump. I was astounded at her rudeness and NEVER WENT BACK.

My children and myself have been with Dr. Douglas since 1991. She is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. I have 2 boys and they still feel comfortable with her even though they are adults. Would highly recommend her !

Honestly Dr. Douglas was the best Doctor Id ever had, she was the most caring and kind doctor. I felt comfortable while in her care...due to an unfortunate incident where she got into an argument with a direct family member she decided to stop seeing our entire family which I thought was unfair . Honestly I've been lost since I've not been able to find a doctor that I feel comfortable with. I'm not writing this to discourage any one from seeing her because in my opinion she is the best. Just wanted to voice my opinion.

I met Dr Douglas as she started in practise The first time I met her I knew she was MY DOCTOR... in 60 years never met anyone better ,thats why I travel forty miles to her and always will .They broke the mould when she came along

Dr. Douglas has been looking after myself, my husband, my children and my parents for nearly 15 years now. She has always been extremely thorough, she is always quick to order any tests we need and is extremely gentle with the children. I can not rate her high enough.

Most caring Dr. I have ever seen. Extremely great bedside manner and solid professionalism. Will test until she finds the problem and has no hesitation sending you to the required specialist.
