Dr Cross has cared for our family for years. We do feel very fortunate to have such a caring doctor, who starts with you as a whole person, and then focuses on what your concerns are. The staff are friendly, but I have often overheard conversations behind the desk about other patients that left me feeling quite uncomfortable...with personal health information being discussed along with negative commentary. Just a flag.

Dr. Cross cares about you as a person...not an ailment or disease. Calls you by name. My only comment would be on the staff. Although friendly, sometimes you feel invisible in the waiting room...and conversations about patients may border on a breach of confidentiality and professionalism.
