She has left the Welland practice and sold her patients list to two new Drs where if your male you see the male Dr and vice versa.There was no choice .She then set up shop in Fonthill but wont see former patientssounds like a scam

Dr. Alberts has a tendency to be very short with people. She made snap decisions about my degree of depression, after only a short interview, during which she never looked at me. She also made abrupt assessments about my readiness for work, which was not even under discussion. She has insulted my intelligence on more than one occasion. She terminated an important medication without notifying me, prior. Gave her several chances, but have had more than one bad experience with her. She could use a refresher course in listening and compassion.

when i refused a pap smear that i hadn't booked or prepared for she told me she didn't care if I got cervical cancer. rather disappointed she didn't understand my hesitation to proceed with an examination I was not physically or mentally prepared for.
