Punctuality needs a lot work, and the staff aren't all that great. However, if you're looking for caring, knowledgable, experienced doctor - one that will take the time to listen and provide you with the best medical advice - Dr. Chang is the one. Bring a book if you have an appt - but you will definitely be pleased once you leave the practice. Dr. Chang is the best doctor I have ever encountered.
