This well run practice has one HUGE flaw. It is virtually impossible to get through to the office by telephone. Spending 40 minutes trying to make an appointment is a luxury I can't afford. This could destroy an otherwise excellent practice.

The office visit begins with a cheerful greeting from by a super busy receptionist, followed by an unhurried interface with a young physician who listens to your concerns. Windsor needs to clone this doctor.

Great Doctor and great staff. He will sit down and take his time and talk to you and explain things. He just doesn't rush you out of the office. He is not scared to refer you to someone that knows about what you have. Very thorough and his staff is great. Best doctor I have had since I moved to Wondsor 12 years ago. Thank you for all you do especially with all the problems I have you know how to make a patient have hope!!!

I'm a relatively new patient. So far, I've found Dr. Campagna to be personable and efficient. I like that he's involved in a clinic as well.

Listening to concerns and providing a false sense that he cares is far different than actually doing something about your medical concerns. He seems like he listens, but if you listen to him back he likes to always change the subject to be about him. He often dismisses or belittles what is going on with you by giving it a name and saying "it's just this or that" or "eveyone your age has this", etc. He is not responsible and never ensures your test results are there before your appointment now even reviews anything prior to your visit. See him at your own risk and if your not afraid he might dismiss something that is serious, as "normal". Needs to become less arrogant and become more experienced.
