I should not be able to sit in her waiting room and hear the staff discussing the confidential medical concerns of her other patients. The last two times that I've been to her office, the staff have been doing personal social activities during work time even while the phone is ringing and patients are lined up to check in. When an elderly lady brought in a lab sample during one of these personal conversations, the receptionist told her to take the sample home and put the patient's name on the sample. I think that if she has all that time to socialize during work time, she should have done it. When the doctor cannot answer a patient's questions, she stops there and does not get answers. Her bedside manner has all but disappeared and the atmosphere in her office is just plain rude. If punctuality, caring/helpfulness, knowledge and the staff are the criteria, this doctor clearly is poor all the way around.

she will do everything in her power to make you feel better and feel comfortable. As a teenager i felt i could tell her everything.

Very scatter-brained. Doesn't remember who you are from one visit to the next, even after being a patient for 10 + years. Does not explain things well. Just tells you there is nothing to worry about. I feel she means to put you at ease by not over-explaining things but quite frankly it does the opposite for me. I get the impression she would take problems more seriously if you are over 50.
