Arrived for my mother's appointment early but ended up waiting 30mins past our scheduled appointment time to begin the stress test. The registered nurse was amazing, gentle, intelligent, and caring when dealing with my mother's physical examination, health history and stress test. After the test we met with Dr.Lewis. He was incredibly unprofessional towards my mother when he didn't like answers to the questions he posed. When we discussed her past visit to emerge for acute hypertension, she described feeling an intense headache, which he proceeded to tell her was not hypertension related and then pulled out a pamphlet and said can you read this? It says what symptoms are associated with HTN? Then he said nothing it's called a silent disease! I understand doing health teaching, but, it should never leave the patient feeling belittled and disgruntled.

Dr Lewis is a very good doctor. my surgery was a complete success. He takes the time to explain everything to you. I trust him completely.
