I used to visit Dr. Benjamen from 2008 to 2009. Today I called her office to make an appointment and they said my file was removed because I haven't been there more than 3 years. I asked if they would accept me again and the secretary checked with Dr. Benjamen and she said no because it's been too long. I asked if they could recommend me to another doctor and they said no, check the internet. Not so professional at all! Looking back on my visits with Dr. Benjamen she was always quick to fill out prescriptions and quickly answer your questions so she could get to the next patient. One time I had a physical with her that lasted 1 minute. Not detailed oriented at all. Her solution always seemed to be pop a pill and you'll be fine. Very unprofessional! If you are looking for someone that will listen to your issues, don't go see her.
