I switched from a doctor whom I had for many years because she was taking too many patients and didn't have the time to care for individuals the way she used to. Dr. Balla is a wonderful, caring doctor who genuinely cares.

Great doctor! Really takes the time to listen! Too bad her secretary is so RUDE! Acts like she is doing you a big favour just to acknowledge you are standing there in front of her! She couldn't be bothered to speak to me like I'm human.

I really had the feeling that she cared about me and my problem. No rush during the appointment; I was able to tell all my related problems. She is a wonderful person and doctor! The staff is a kind of okay.
