Amazing doctor! My son had been to other doctors before but Dr. Al-Bakkal is in another league. She knows exactly how to speak with children and makes every visit pleasant. Highly recommend!!

I have been dealing with this Dr. for over 5 yrs.by taking my grandchildren to see her when they are sick or when I need referrals and I have had good experiences on each visit.My only problems that I have encounter are with my phone calls when I call in to make an appt. I am quickly told please wait a moment which could lead to 10 minutes on hold.They should have an answering machine where you can at least leave a call back number when the front staff are not busy and they can return your call instead of leaving you on hold for 10 minutes.This as happen on numerous occasions,otherwise I would not have made a point of it.Apart from that I believe I am getting quality care and hope to continue too.Thanks Deborah Gagnon Grandmother to both Austin Gagnon &Brandon Fiddaoui
