I had an appointment for my toddler and was waiting for over 2 hours. I was not a walk-in. I found his knowledge very old school.

Dr. El Zaharna is such a great doctor the waiting time is a challenge to be "patient". In the end he is worth it though. I do suggest you do not go in the walk in, always make an appointment. It's not the doctors fault, Canadian Health Care has plummeted since I was a child.

Dr. El Zaharna is the best! He listens to your concerns and remedies them. In my view he definitely is the kindest and most caring doctor I have ever had. I would rate him at a much higher level.

Dr. ElZaharna has moved his office to Ajax, where I made sure I followed, he is a very caring individual, who in my words would be called"a miracle worker" he got rid of my mothers migraines after years and years of specialist, she went to see him and boom, magic, not to mention all the support and help he has given me through out the years. He is what a Doctor should be, thank you isn't enough! Beverly St.Pierre

Dr Ramy will take the time to assess the problem. He will make sure you are tested porperly. He has on numerous occaisions relieved my symptoms and I always feel better after seeing him. One fine doctor who cares.

Dr. El Zaharna is very thorough. When I had mono, the first doctor I saw said I had strep throat and gave me medication that didn't help a bit. A week later I saw Dr. El Zaharna who did thorough testing and determined that it was actually mono. He is very kind and always willing to help.

since the clinic is both a walk in, and a regular appt. office, I have found that I have been kept waiting for my scheduled appointment because of walk in patients, this is rather annoying. Dr. El Zaharna is polite, and kind, but can seem to be rushing you out of the office. Overall, I am mostly pleased.
