I had A horrible experience with Dr. Chuang. I always though Dr's had empathy. It sure is lacking in Dr. Cheung.

Dr. Chuang has a concerning lack of empathy and her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. She struggled to communicate fundamental medical results to my family. Her answers were vague, short and filled with inaccessible terminology. We had to ask for clarification several times. She was very abrupt and seemed like she couldn't wait to leave the room throughout the entire interview. Overall, an unpleasant experience. We collectively felt little confidence in Dr. Chuang's competencies.

Dr Chuang knew what she was doing medically, and helped me through my issue and prescribed antibiotics. But quickly rushed through my questions and I was sent out of ER in a hurry. She had no emotional affect, even when I was wincing out of the pain I was experiencing. Caring is a huge part of the medical profession, just disappointing to see none of it.

Got this doc at a walk-in clinic, she gave me the diagnoses, sent a referal for a specialist. Said it's something she's never seen before. I was so scared I went to another doctor while I waited for a specialist appointment. Got antibiotics, 2 days later infection was gone. Pheew, would still be waiting for that appointment....
