Dr. Grably has been my father,s physician for the last few years and has been wonderful with him. She is respectful, knowledgeable and very caring. She is a wonderful doctor!

Very good and current knowledge. She referred me to two specialists (I asked for the second one) and she absolutely nailed my issues in no time. She has been very supportive and her staff is professional and direct and have been quite helpful. I'm surprised by some of the reviews here.

Last year I was going through a living hell and the Doctor that finally found what my illness was none other than Doctor Grably! I was diagnosed with Lyme's Disease and ever since, Dr. Grably is officially my HERO!

Very Difficult to get through when calling to try to get an appointment. Nobody seems to ever answer the phone, and you are instructed to not leave a message unless you are cancelling an appointment. Dr.Grably doesn't seem to want to order many tests, she's not big on referrals, and kind of dry. On the upside, there is a group of doctors, that she belongs to, that have after hours clinic, on a rotational basis. This is a good alternative to going to the ER to get more pressing issues addressed. Some of the doctors in this group seem effective, and pleasant.

Wow can't believe what I have read about this wonderful Doctor. These patients must think that they are the only one in her Clinic. I think she is outstanding and a very caring Doctor. WE are very Lucky to have her In Alexandria. People have to understand that no matter where you go there is a wait time. Don't like when you next appointment is then go to Emergency and wait 8hrs. I am a very happy Patient. Thank You for you wonderful service.

The reviews below seem quite harsh and very uncharacteristic of Dr Grably. She is a unique, compassionate, smart and very up to date doctor. And if it does take time to see her it's because everyone wants to see her! She goes the extra mile for her patients. I am lucky to have her as my doctor and so reflects many of the people I know that have her! Only cold, bitter people could not appreciate someone as caring as she is! And Kim is a wonderful complement to this great office.

i was complaining of gallstones symptoms and she just sat on her chair saying it was all in my head and she said to ease my mind she would send me for a ultra sound since its the cheapest test and i dont get sleep at all and wont send me for tests she doesnt do any exams at all just sits on her chair and wait for money to roll in worse dr ever

Horrible Doctor, does listen to her patients. When you tell her something she doesn't pay attention and does what she wants. 6 weeks to wait for an appointment to then get no care is ridiculous. he won't get a second opionion when asked, won't get tests ordered, she basically does nothing for patients and gets paid for not be i her office most of the time.

I would not recommend this doctor; as I found her medical knowledge lacking as well as refusal to prescribe certain meds due to her own personal (not professional) views. She also makes mistakes on scripts; takes a lot of time off and when you walk into her office; her nurse/receptionist will tell you that you have 5 min and even though you may have 2-3 medical issues that need addressing; you are told to pick only one and then the next one can be dealt with in another appointment for which you may have to wait another 2 months. So if you have kidney failure or brain cancer...pick one or the other lol. I honestly don't know how she got her license. Her staff is beyond rude and arrogant.
