Your phone receptionist needs to learn some manners. I find her to be very abrupt and uncaring. She even laughed when I said I needed to cancel my surgery due to my daughter's delivery date for my grandson. Felt very uncomfortable talking to her. And I don't know why this irrittated her so much. She is just there to answer the phone with respect. She is not doing the surgery. Love Dr. Winemaker and that's why I'm staying with him.

My husband just had his knee replaced June 16, 2015. As promised, Dr. Winemaker called me to share the good news of a successful knee replacement.The doctor also followed up with medications as my regular doctor was unavailable. His receptionist was exceptional and caring. She made my concerns known to the doctor in order to solve issues with medications. Can't wait to see the end results when the knee is completely healed.

Very understanding for an orthopedic surgeon. Does wonderful work. Will listen to patients, and follows up in hospitals, and after discharge. Refer everyone I know to him.
