I first saw Dr. Zaki 4 years ago and after having Dr. Diamond for 40+ years I was apprehensive getting a new doctor. However, Dr. Zaki is very thorough and takes her time explaining in detail about issues. I trust her with my care and would recommend her to anyone. Paula her assistant is a friendly, pleasant and efficient person.

Where to begin. From her being habitually late, 45 minutes plus, to her perscribing things you didn't even discuss but find you have later paid for unsuspectingly (as this has never happened with other docs) to forgetting that she was supposed to be getting you a referral, (the only reason for the appoinment), incredibly RUDE, fired her own receptionist for being friendly, writing embarrassing comments on perscription, writing perscription for drugs you have discussed with her that you are allergic to and wasting 4 days getting it corrected and paying another filling fee,not willing to see my kids as their doc, even though she was seeing me, (isn't this what a family doc does?), etc. etc. etc. Trust her with nothing. There is a reason that as a female doc, there has never been a time when she wasn't accepting new patients. She is just absolutely horrible. Her practice will never be full. I wouldn't trust her with anything and at this point would prefer a walkin clinic on an ongoing basis to ever go back to her. Enough is enough. that last perscription cost me over $100 more than it should have (no insurance) just because of her mistakes. No more. Be warned.

Dr Zaki is my elderly mother's doctor. I think she is terrific! She really takes her time with my mom and seems to genuinely care how my mom is doing. I am very pleased with the care my mom has received from doctor Zaki. Sometimes we do wait to see her but that is usually when they have to squeeze my mom in because she needs to see the doctor on short notice. Which I think is perfectly acceptable

The worst family doctor ever with the worst secretary, they can't get things done. The secretary has an attitude like she hates her job and everyone who goes there.

Dr. Zaki is a new doctor for me and a like a "breath of fresh air" is exactly what I've been looking for. She is knowledgable, she listens and talks WITH you - not AT you, like my last doctor.
