Was our family doctor for over 20 years. Sad to see him retire, but happy for him as well. I just hope I can find a new doctor as great as him. Receptionists were very friendly as well

Long time patient, he misdiagnosed my cancer and and misdiagnosed my sons condition as well . He should have retired earlier... When he stop caring

Amazing Doctor - Thanks to Dr. Windsor I am still here today. Had cancer twice. If it was not for him being diligent in my mid thirties with breast cancer, I would not be here in my late forties. How do you ever thank someone for that???
