Dr. Chapnick and all of the Doctors at Bayview medical and staff are beyond amazing. Dr. Chapnick assisted in creating a program to allow me to get out of a wheel chair, no longer use walking devices and further to ween off pain medication to a point of restored functionality and my highest level of restored health. You will not find a better more well informed and compassionate Doctor than Doctor Chapnick and his colleagues and staff anywhere. I thank Jehovah I have such an amazing Doctor .

I have been going to see Dr. Chapnik almost since he opened his practice. He is very professional and patient and he has helped me uncover problems I did not know I had. he comment about him not liking overweight people is total rubbish. For those who seem to want a friend rather than a doctor, get a puppy or join a social club.

Very impersonal. If tests dont show anything he doesn't suggest anything else. If you feel that you need a specialist or tests to figure out the issue you have to demand it. Feels like he doesn't care or have the time.Rarely go to doctor, so when I go or take my children I expect a response! Would not recommend.

I stopped going to him entirely. Staff was uncaring, he was disinterested. It was difficult to hold a basic conversation with him, let alone have him explain what was going on, next steps etc. Keep searching

I have been seen Dr. Chapnik for three years and he has been very helpfu to me and my family. He helped me get into a specialist and an MRI quickly (considering the demands on the health care system). If you have a specific problem keep pointing it out and he will then focus on this issue. His office is busy, so give the staff at the front desk some understanding. Patience helps!

As a walk in patient he was very helpful. Once I became a patient he was very cool, and did not even want to send me for tests, stated by the time he sent me for testing I would feel better. Just wanted to write a script for me. Which I did not fill and went back to my old doctor and received a very different perspective on my illness and sent me for proper test. The only reason I was changing was due to distance to my old doctor. Will not be returning to Dr.Chapnik.

As much as I like Dr. chapnik. The office staff is still somewhat of a problem...not pleasant at all. I realize we are stress and overworked at times..but they are the first person you come in contact when entering the clinic

He does not like overweight people to the point where he doesn't even want to touch me. This makes me feel very uncomfortable and not want to visit. Have not been to see him in 3 years as I feel a burden to him.

As a walk in doctor fine but as soon as I became his actual patient it seemed he became very impersonal. I could never get a direct answer as to what was wrong. Walk in clinic is too busy

Dr. punctuality is directly related to patients not his fault if he runs behind. Been a patient since he came to Aurora and he is a very good Doctor. I've had appointments, I've come in as a walk in and each time he is the same friendly down to business and listens well. I'd never trade him.
