This Dr. Vivoda is a vey cold, nasty man. I was with this Doctor for a few years, and on necessary medications prescribed by him. Almost every visit I had to wait a minimal of 1 hour to be seen. My father passed away, on this day this Doctor refused to fax my necessary medication in for me, making me go in the day of my father's funeral. This shows no compassion what-so-ever. Not to mention he made me pay for a visit that I couldn't make due to bad weather conditions. His staff too are also very impatient, and tend to ignore your presence. PLEASE DO NOT choose this Doctor, as you will not be happy.

My doctor retired and Dr. Vivoda took us in and we are so very grateful as many in Aylmer had to go to Tillsonburg. The longest I have waited is 10 minutes. He ordered a bunch of tests because I was turning 50. I am so glad he did as he found a few things that needed attention and medication. He is focused and detailed. He has done more for me in three visits than my last family doctor did for me in 10 years. I am an animal lover and so is his staff so we formed a great relationship right from the start. Having a mascot in the building is so uplifting to me. His staff are quick, smart, and friendly. Dr. Vivoda is an example of how professionalism, knowledge, and down to earth can all exist in a doctor's office.

Most of the time I like to get more than one opinion on anything important, and I am not saying that people shouldn't, but my trust and confidence in Dr. Vivoda is such that I rarely do unless he sends me to a specialist. He is a very smart cookie.
