I agree with the previous comment. The receptionist very rarely answers the phone, sometimes it takes days for messages to be returned and weeks to get an appointment. The most recent change is no prescription renewals over the phone which, if it takes weeks to get an appointment, will negatively effect many. Funny how reviews from 5+ years ago are positive compared to now. Perhaps a sign of the times regarding the health care system in Bancroft and Ontario.

Receptionist never answers her phone. You never get to see him, always some doctor in training. Very unsatisfied with him. His nurse is excellent. He sends letters to see you but can never get an appointment. What a joke.i worked in the medical field for 20 years and I would have been fired if I didn't answer the phone promply. Many people feel the same.
