Dr Casses looked at my x-rays for my hips and said there was mild arthritis and suggested I lose weight. He was extremely dismissive offered no solution to the chronic pain I had been experiencing. I knew he must be wrong and decided to get a second opinion. Dr cheng the orthopedic surgeon in Collingwood looked at the exact same x-rays and could not believe I was even walking. The fact that two doctors can look at the same information and get two entirely different results is absurd. Dr Casses misdiagnoses resulted in a 6 month delay in my double hip replacement. I have now received 1 hip replacement from Dr Cheng 6 months after my initial visit from Dr Casses and on a 7 month waiting list for my second hip replacement. All because Dr Casses was not educated enough to properly read an X-Ray

He didn't seem to care about my concerns,as much as much as his schedule. Therefore I've been misdiagnosed for a year and a half, im sorry to have taken up his time.

He didn't have time to look at the xrays properly and should have seen that my child's arm was healing very crooked, but instead went the whole six weeks and then decided on surgery to straighten her arm - a terrible experience for a child to go through when it could have been avoided. He is not an expert at all.

Saw him twice and both times he appeared not to really care or pay attention to details or my concerns. Made a diagnosis after a very quick look at an xray and didn't even lay a hand on my joint to feel the problem. After challenging him to look closer I just got attitude that was very condescending. Not a good experience at all Also spoke very

Doctor Casses is always in a hurry and appears to have no time to look over your test results. He may give out the wrong advice because he doesn't have all the facts. He seems to give his patients very little of his attention.
