Always cancels, crazy long wait times to get in and at appointments. The office staff are completely ignorant and disrespectful to deal with. Horrible experience every time. I will take a clinic Dr, over this office any day

Dr Vanderwater has been my Dr since he opened his office on Hurst Drive He is the finest Dr I could ever wish for.He looked after my wife also right up to her death with cancer,I am 82 yrs old and have my medical issues but i know I am, in good hands with him and of cores the Good Lord.

Been my GP for 6 years. Very caring knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Taking good care of me with metasis cancer. God bless my doctor.

Dr V has greatly improved his office efficiency. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The phone is answered most times promptly. Monday mornings are not the time I would pick. In this day an age we need to be proactive in sharing our care needs. Dr V's office has a routine now which I find allows us to plan our family routine needs for appts. When we work with our care providers I find they work with us.

Been our doc since 1989 and has always had our best interest. When he is late not an issue because you know he will spend all the time needed when you see him. Great Staff.

Charles is a creep and I wouldn't doubt if he is brought up on charges at some point. always looking at my chest!

Frustration with getting in contact with the office. You can't leave a message and they never answer the phone. If patient workload is too high then staff needs should be reevaluated.
