Terrible. No compassion. Never informed after supposed procedure that it had not in fact been performed. "I don't have time to look for people after surgery to update." I suggested informing the nurse or put the info on the chart (procedure not performed) or have your staff call the patient the next day to update. Disgusting customer service.
