Fabulous doctor and staff. Our family has had him as a doctor for over 25 years. He is extremely knowlegable and thorough. Hope he never retires!!!

My employer ordered an assessment form to be filled out by the doc. Dr.M complained that it was a "waste of my time". Gee, sorry for the 7 minutes doc. Knowledgeable but relies too much on issuing of pills. Has literally 5000 patients, really? My last appointment consisted of me suggesting what tests and steps we needed to do next because he couldn't remember. He's too busy, don't know how he does it.

Excellent doctor but staff are rude, and give the impression that you are bothering them when you call - that's all assuming that they even answer the phone. Normally goes to VM and they never call back

Great doctor! Great Nurse Prac.(Linda), one great admin staff (Barb)but the new one has to go! She is terrible..no people skills.

Amazing doctor. Hard to book an appointment (probably because he is so good). Staff sometimes seem overwhelmed.

Barb is an definately not very helpful she makes you feel like you are bothering her when you need an appointment, they never call you back...Dr Mc Convey is a good guy!

Difficult to book appointments, wait time is usually 3-4 weeks, and some additional "people skills" from staff would be appreciated...Dr. M on the otherhand, Exceptional!

Barb the office manager is not very friendly. It is also very difficult to get the doctor to call back. He seems to be always overbooked.
