doctor would not see me again when i missed my appointment. very very rude. I was told by her receptionist that Dr will not see me again, since i missed my 2 appointment (in fact I just missed one appointment) that too for some reason. never gave me opportunity to explain why was appointment missed. looks like she just care about money she might have missed because of missed appointment. really really upset with kind of behavior from doctor. I have just seen her once, so don't know about knowledge and punctuality but I am sure that would be low as well from a doctor like her.

I had blood work completed by a specialist and when I asked Dr. Sandhu to review the blood work with me her response was "wow he orders such weird things". Really..is that the kind of doctor I want investigating my health concerns.

I believe that Dr. Sandhu is a great doctor. I find when any of my family members describe a symptom she listens and does not brush off our concern. I have not had any troubles making appointments. She has some afternoons throughout the week available for daily call ins for urgent appointments. Have used these available time slots frequently in the past months.

This physician is not punctual, booking appointments are painful, phone is never answered and she doesn't accept messages. She works with a bank of other physicians who will not see you if Sandhu is unavailable. So much for the family health TEAM approach. Quality patient health care is absent yet we are paying her salary...go figure

Receptionist was rude, with no understanding of urgency. The Doctor has a tendency to rush through the appointment, bedside manner needs improvement. Not the care and attention I am used to receiving from a Doctor and supporting staff. I am sure the Doctor would not accept this lack of attention for herself or a family member. Thinking of sourcing out a new Doctor and clinic.

Three times referrals that the office were supposed to send weren't received. We have been going to this same office for over 10 years and they still dont know our names. My husband saw Dr Sandhu for the first time and she kept checking her watch. Didn't make him feel like he had her attention.

Typically, Dr Sandhu is only 15 minutes off schedule. However, her compassionate ear and attention to detail is worth the wait. The staff are welcoming and efficient :). Regretably, the telephone busy signal tests my patience.
