I am not surprised by all the negative comments below. This doctor is rude, uncaring and extremely unreasonable. If I could find another doctor in Belleville, I would change in a flash!!!

Takes forever to get a appointment, sometimes four or five weeks. Front staff gets your name incorrect when she gets around to calling you back. The Dr. says front desk is so busy but any time I've been there certainly doesn't look like it to me. The Dr. does not listen to you and can be very rude. Her way or the highway.Do not go to her

Ciara, never makes a mistake. Just ask her. She is uncaring, uninterested, and could care less making you feel useless. She misdiagnosis. You realize the appointment is done, when she stands up and walks out of the room.

Dr. Brown puts you through like an assembly line. You are allowed one question per 15 minute period. If you take up only 5 minutes of her time, you still are hustled out. She has to be in control of the whole situation, not caring about what you need to ask her. She has dismissed most of the few appointments I go to. I end up going to after hours clinic being diagnosed with bronchitis and ear infection requiring antibiotics and once for pneumonia. Most of the time I choose the after hours clinics to stay away from her arrogance and wrath. I have found a new doctor in Kingston with whom I have a great relationship with. Needing her approximately 3 times a year, I started taking my husband with me to witness her behavior and stop her nastiness.

They NEVER answer the telephone you need to leave a message. I needed an appointment because I had a server case of diarrhea. The called me the next day to give me an appointment for 10 days later.

Is abrasive, abrupt and rude. She doesn’t listen, and won’t look at you when she speaks. When finished with appointment, she stands up, leave room and that’s when you figure the appointment is over. Does not appear to enjoy her work. More interested in her “Botox and Filler” business.

She does not listen to her patients. It her way only. Staff doesn't answer phone and if you leave a message it could be four days before they contact you.Don't waste your time with this Dr.

She seems to only have one opinion, hers. The patient's concerns don't seem to have much credence. I am looking for a new doctor who seems interested in what the patient wants.
