Not impressed with how they treat their patients. My DR is never available, and the reception is always rude. I don't think they care they are rude either. The staff act as if we should be grateful for having a DR in the first place, when it should be them who are grateful to have a clinic that was paid for by our tax dollars. I will be taking this even further and making sure someone in some sort of power is able to look into this.

The phones are NEVER answered, and there is no answering machine to leave a message so that someone can actually make you an appointment.

I find Doctor Bolton an okay doctor. His admin assistant is abrasive and can be rude. I don't like making to see my doctor and then having to see an intern. Might as well go to a clinic!!!

Dr. Bolton is an is a good physician when he is available. At my initial visit I was told that a doctor would be available at during the week even if he was not available. Unfortuntely, this is not true. He hardly is in his office. His receptionist is quite rude and short tempered every time I have called to book an appointment. His nurse is exceptional.
