By far the worst doctor experience I've ever had in my life. Recently moved into this city and had to get a new doctor. Every time you visit this Dr. you have to re-explain yourself to a new intern, then assume that they convey exactlywhat you tell them to Dr. Bonacci. I'm not sure how playing the "telephone game" with doctors is in any way helpful to a patient; in most cases it's just frustrating and sometimes embarrassing (I grew up where you had a Dr. you built a rapport with and felt comfortable talking about issues with) having to tell your problems to a stranger every time. The staff here, other then the main receptionist "Lynda" are totally unhelpful if you ever have any reason to call that isn't resolved with them booking you an appointment. I would never recommend this office to a friend (or enemy for that matter) as in 7 years I have yet to have one positive experience.
