Kim, his assistant is the worst person i have ever dealt with. Absolutely no compassion to do this job. She should work in collections as she is so rude.

Dr Hayes is the finest medical practitioner I have seen in my 70 years and I've seen a legion of good ones. His follow up on specialist referrals is alway prompt, informative and effective.

My doctor for 20 years and a fine doctor he is. He takes the time to listen, most of the time, and find a resolution to issues. He doesn't know all of the answers and is quick to find someone who does know in order to help. Sometimes the setting up of referrals is overlooked so checking on that kind of thing is recommended.

Could not conceive of ever seeing another GP (unless it's Dr. Mason who shares his clinic). Excellent bed side manner and very interested in resolving issues. Will follow medical issues to a conclusion. Does not take "guesses" or chances.Exudes confidence.
