Dr. Gagnon and his staff are very professional and very compasionate. Dr. Gagnon has always been extremely helpful, and is very well educated in his field. I am so grateful for him, would highly recommend him to others.

I LOVE DR. Gagnon and am happy I found him. He listens, and takes the time to understand whatever it is that is ailing me WITHOUT JUDGEMENT. His staff is friendly and efficient.

if there was a Zero for the staff i would have marked that off. other then that Dr. Gagnon has treated my family very well. might consider hiring new front end people cause they are dragging you down.

He is an amazing doctor, I am so happy to have found him!!! The receptionists are very pleasant and make every effort to get you in asap!!! Dr. M. Gagnon is a 5++++ in my books!!!

Overall great doctor - very friendly and helpful. Receiptionists are rude on the phone especially the head receptionist. You have to beg to get an appointment. They make you feel very bad for even calling. It would definitely be an A+ office if they hired some new staff at the desk. They are terrible! Still love Dr. Gagnon though!!

Staff can be rude at times especially on the phone.. When I call for an appointment I do not appreciate being asked why I am calling and what this is about. If i did not need a doctor, I would not have called the office in the first place.
